Hearty congratulations.Your deft handling of the media,in the aftermath of reccent horific accident in W Bengal, indeed brings out the sterling qualities of leadership in times of crisis.Wish you could solve the present surplus management problem in various cadres at SAG level, where officers are forced in to leave chain or enforced training, or roam around listless in the corridoors of Rail Bhavan as spectres "in search of duty". Allow at least some guys to move out on deputation etc such that it creates some space within the cadre and liberate a few hapless souls from"bureaucratic vanaprasth"
