  2. This is very tragic and sad. Had met Mr.Dharma Rao just twice for some official purpose; an excellent, soft-spoken, very humble and gentle individual, with a very high regard for the system. His sudden departure from our world is a great loss for all of us. I pray to God to allow his soul, along with his loving wife's, and other unfortunate members involved in the accident, to rest in eternal peace.
May God grant enough courage and strength to all bereaved family members to face these moments of anguish, pain and sorrow.
I also pray to God for the earliest recuperation of the injured and that they too may overcome this horrific phase in their life and give them enough strength and courage to erase the sad memoirs of this unfateful journey.

  4. This news of most unfateful accident has come as immense shock, anguish and pain to self,my wife Manjusha and my other family members & friends. We have known him and his family very closely and he was our very close personal friends more than family members, Mrs Vidya Rao was closest friend of my wife. He talked to me before leaving for this trip to Leh. We could never imagine, this would be their last and final jourmey of life. In fact he had planned to visit Leh in 2010 when I was posted as Adm Comdt in Leh sector, but same was posponed due to exigencies and there after repeated plans could not materialise and finally there was something else was stored in their fate to make it their last journey never to return.
Its a personal loss to me and my family and a void in life never to be filled. May GOD bless the departed soul and rest them in peace and give enough courage to his bereaved sons Prateek & Tanmay and his brother Mr Raja Rao and all family members to face and overcome this moments of shock, anguish and pain.

  5. Heart touching article about T Dharma Rao of his sudden demise in accident. He was an outstanding officer and he was Managing Director of MP Laghu Udyog Nigam and Director Industries. Another officer who has seriously injured and now out of danger and recouping well in Max Hospital is Shivendra Singh he is not a IAS officer he was a CMO and promoted as Chief Executive officer Ujjain Development Authority. He is a close family friend of late Dharma Rao family. Rao couple’s death has shocked everyone and gives the message that life is important and always goodness be remembered. Many journalists have written many articles about his qualities and his poor family background. May be he was belong to a poor family background but he has inherited good amount of property that he has mentioned in his official documents. But he was a wonderful officer and I have remembered one incidents when he was Collector Satna he has confronted with Satna SP but he refuted SP's argument and he done the work as par law and situation, although he knows that SP is the son of the serving state Chief Secretary. With my heavy heart I pray the god to give courage and strength to his sons to bear unrepairable lose of his parents. My condolence to departed soul of Mr & Mrs. Dharma Rao, Mrs Singh wife of Shivendra Singh and the Driver.
