1994, 95, 96 batch of Indian Post and Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service officers promoted; Full List

Indian Post and Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service, a  Group ‘A’  service -- the officers of which cater to the department of posts and department of telecommunications -- does not always make news. But last week, as many as 22 officers got promotion to the next rank. First, here’s the batch-wise list of the promoted officers:
1994 Batch

3. Kavita Singh (On deputation to the department of health and family welfare, New Delhi)
4. Pradeep Kumar (On deputation to the ministry of defence)
Indian Post and Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service was created in 1973. In addition to the postings in the department of posts and department of telecommunications, the officers in the service are posted on deputation to Central government, state governments, autonomous organizations, subordinate organizations, PSUs and UN organizations and international organizations such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank etc.
