FROM leadership to eradication of corruption and stress management, a bucket of topics are being chosen for training the All India Services officers (lAS, IPS and IFoS) in 2018-19. The government while inviting proposals from eligible institutions for in-service training during 2018-19, has indicated the following 30 subjects as possible course content. Here's the full list:

10. Ethics (Public Governance and Administration)
11. Financial Markets (regulation)
12. Fiscal Policy (Macroeconomic Management)
13. Governance (IT management and improving through accountability)
14. Infrastructure (Finance)
15. Innovations (public service)
16. Land Acquisition (rehabilitation and resettlement)
17. Leadership, Participatory Management (Community Mobilization)
18. Public Private Partnership, PPP (negotiating strategies and urban development)
19. Procurement (procedure and contracting)
20. Project Analysis/Appraisal (risk analysis/management)
21. Public Policy (management/governance)

Meanwhile, the last date for receipt of proposals from the training institutions for the above mentioned programmes has been extended to March 10, 2018 instead of February 9, 2018, as notified earlier. The institutes are asked to furnish a brief about the institute, infrastructure, faculty, core competence, and previous experience in conducting such programmes, thematic focus of the course and the course title, draft programme design, content and pedagogy, among others.
