WHAT kind of a course an All India Service officer (IAS, IPS and Indian Forest Service) is being imparted during their in-service training? The service calendar of 2018-19 has a wide range of topics from the WTO and public procurement to Mahatma Gandhi as an approach for decision-making for the poor, rural and the marginalised.
